Men’s Meeting Minutes
The
earliest spiral-bound notebook containing minutes of men’s meetings starts with
the meeting of May 5, 1958. At that meeting, the first item discussed was
“Minutes read and treasurers report given for Month of April.” Therefore, at
one time, minutes existed of prior meetings. But no minutes have survived,
prior to the May 1958 meeting. Beginning with the May 1958 meeting, continuous
minutes have survived of regular men’s meetings.
